Pissing Off the NRA

I'm a betting woman and even if you gave me 500 to 1 odds on the current Administration pissing off the NRA, I wouldn't have taken the bet.

There was no way in hell that these guys, with their chickenhawk, shooting fish in a barrel attitudes, could ever piss the NRA off unless they were arrogant beyond belief, careless and inept.

Apparently, this Administration managed to do it - piss off, perhaps not the NRA itself, but certainly many members of the association. And exactly due to their ineptitude, carelessness and hubris.
