McCain Can't Remember?

Per the Washington Post:

"McCain attorney Robert S. Bennett played down the contradiction between the campaign's written answer and Paxson's recollection.

"We understood that he [McCain] did not speak directly with him [Paxson]. Now it appears he did speak to him. What is the difference?" Bennett said"

Two questions immediately spring to mind:

1) Does this mean that it might appear that McCain did have improper relations with Iseman?

and

2) Does this slip of the memory suggest that McCain might be suffering from memory loss?

Pfffft, what is the difference.... You know very well what the difference is, and if you don't, Mr. Robert S. Bennett, your mom didn't teach you very well.
